  • Dear Friends of Pilgrim,

Construction will begin this week on the new Gathering Garden. This gathering space is located right in between the main entrances for our church and school. (where the mighty pine tree once stood). The start of this project is being financed through a generous donation by our dear member Lucille Hermann, who passed away two days after the pine tree was removed from our property. The remainder of the funding will be through our community by buying one brick at a time through the
    Buy-A-Pilgrim-Brick program.

We invite you to support the Garden by purchasing your personalized, engraved brick that will be placed in the front courtyard of our new garden and become a part of Pilgrim Lutheran Church/School history. All proceeds of the BAPBP (bet you tried to figure out what that means) will go to this project.

Consider a brick for your family; as a Memorial; for your Company; inspirational message or as a "Friend of Pilgrim". First brick is $100, with subsequent bricks $50. Forms for ordering are available by clicking below:

Deadline for submission of the form is April 27, 2014. If you have any questions please talk to any of the team members (Greg Otsuka, Marian Azzaro, Cathlynn Nigh) or contact the church office. Thank you for your support in beautifying Pilgrim and becoming a part of Pilgrim history!

    In Christ,

    Kristian Johnson
    Pastor

"It is like a mustard seed that someone took and sowed in the garden; it grew and became a tree, and the birds of the air made nests in its branches." Luke 13:19
